Condition of vehicle The vehicle is to be returned in the same condition as when the vehicle was collected. The vehicle is also to be returned to the place, by the date and at the time shown on the face of the contract - additional drop off / pick up or late fees may apply if the vehicle is not returned as per the face of the contract. If you return the vehicle out of hours or to another destination then the vehicle will be deemed to be returned only when a staff member of Andy's Auto Rentals takes possession of the keys to the vehicle and as such you will still be responsible for the vehicle until it is deemed to be returned.

Accident procedure
In the event of an accident the hirer is to notify Andy's Auto Rentals immediately and fill in the accident form in the glove box of the car. Failure to notify us within 24 hrs is a contravention of the terms of the contract and the hirer will be liable for the for the full basic liability of $2500.00. The hirer must not without Andy's Auto Rentals written consent admit liability, give any promise of payment or settlement.
