Drivers between the ages 21 to 24 years are restricted to certain types of vehicles they can hire. A surcharge of $10 per day will apply to drivers under the age of 25 years. |

Is to be made in full at the time of collection, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Diners cards and cash payments. (Please note that a surcharge applies for the use of Amex & Diners Cards) |
| Deposits: |
Depending on which liability option is taken and the age of the driver as to what amount is needed, to be authorised against the customer’s credit card. We do except cash deposits but certain conditions apply.

IMPORTANT – We can only accept credit / debit cards that have the numbers and names EMBOSSED into the plastic (for the purpose of imprinting the card). If you have a card with printed numbers, or with the words “electronic use only” on it, please contact our office for more information. |

WAIVER OPTIONS
All vehicles are insured the hirer is given the benefit of this coverage. Please click here for all liability options available.
ADDITIONAL DRIVERS
Additional drivers must present a current driver's licence at the time of hire. A maximum of 4 drivers per vehicle is permitted. Warning – All drivers of the hire vehicle must be noted on the contract, otherwise the insurance can be voided.
RENTAL DURATION
A rental day is 24 hours from commencement of rental. A late fee will be charged if the vehicle is returned more than 1 hour late. Trucks & Commercial Vehicles are the exception & you need to contact the office in relation to these.
AIRPORT COLLECTIONS
All vehicles are to be collected and returned to the Off Location Car Rental area designated at Brisbane International Airport due to upgrades currently in progress at Brisbane Domestic Airport.
SMOKING
All vehicles are “Smoke Free” any detection that smoking has occurred will attract a $100 cleaning and deodorising fee.
TRAFFIC INFRINGEMENTS
Traffic Infringements are the responsibility of the hirer, an administration fee of $100.00 will be charged in addition to the fine.
TOLL INFRINGEMENTS
Toll Infringements are the responsibility of the hirer, an administration fee of $40 will be charged per infringement in addition to the fine. For more information regarding free flow tolling go to www.govia.com.au
FUEL
We ask all customers to return fuel to the original starting level at commencement of hire. Fuel usage options are available, please ask Customer Sales Assistant at the time of rental.
ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE
24 hour assistance is included with all rentals. However human error call out (e.g. keys locked in vehicle, run out of fuel, leaving lights on to flatten battery etc) will incur a fee which will be charged to the hirer. Our rental office MUST be contacted prior to calling our roadside assistance provider.
AREA OF USE
The area of use is restricted to the East Coast of Australia. From Queensland (Port Douglas) through New South Wales, ACT to Victoria. Driving outside of these areas without written permission from Andy’s Auto Rentals will void the insurance. When booking the vehicle, if you are travelling outside of the Brisbane – Gold Coast – Sunshine Coast area, please contact out office as additional charges may be incurred & you may void your insurance cover
STREET DIRECTORY AND GPS
Street Directories/maps are supplied free of charge. If the directories are not returned with the vehicle a $50 fee will be charged.
GPS are available at a cost of $7.00 per day. Full replacement cost will be charged if the GPS unit is not returned or damaged.

REFUNDS
No refunds are given for early returns or late collections. Any changes to your plans must be notified to Andy’s Auto Rentals.
TOWING
When towing, any damage cause by the trailer and or load will be the sole responsibility of the hirer. This includes damage to the tow vehicle and any third party property. Prior to towing written authorisation must be received from Andy’s Auto Rentals.
4WD OFF ROAD
There are special conditions and areas of use. Please contact the office of Andy’s Auto Rentals for further information.
TRUCKS
All hirers of trucks must have the appropriate level of licence. Trucks are not to be overloaded. All fines and any damaged caused by or to the trucks will be at the hirer’s expense. Speeding Fines and traffic infringements will incur a further $100 administration fee. Single Vehicle Accidents are not covered by and the hirer will be responsible for all damages incurred.
CLEANING
All Vehicles are give to customers in a respectable state and we ask that they be returned the same way. Charges will incur if a vehicle is dirty. |
