There are literally hundreds of sweeping and winding roads leading high into the mountains behind Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Take a leisurely ride to one of the numerous café’s or art and craft shops, not to mention the bed n breakfast accommodation in the hinterland.
Ride up the main highway for a couple hours and hit the Sunshine Coast with all of its beaches and relaxed holiday lifestyle is really worth the trip. Once again the hinterland behind the Sunshine Coast is a must see ride and visit the quaint villages like, Malaney and Montville and the famous Eumundi Markets on a weekend.

Distance Calculator

Motorcycle Licenses
- Open Motorcycle licenses are required for all hires.
- The license can be Australian, International or can be from country of origin as long as it is in English.
- If you are an international resident than you will need your passport as well.
- The minimum age for Motorcycle hire is 25 years of age.
Insurance
- You have the option of reducing your insurance from the standard level of AU $5000.00 to AU$2000.00 by paying and additional AU$20.00 per day.
- A security deposit of an amount equal to half of your nominated liability will be authorized against your credit card.
- Insurance does not cover the rider or any personal belongings, it is advised that you seek your own personal travel insurance for this.
- Insurance also does not cover the rider for single vehicle accidents or theft of the bike.
- A bike lock is provided so please always use it and always put the steering lock on.
- If the rider damages the Motorcycle no refund will be given for the remainder of the hire and if another bike is required than another security bond will need to be held.
Fuel
All Motorcycles are supplied with a full tank of Premium fuel (Octane 95+) and the Motorcycle needs to be returned full

Other Helpful Conditions
- All parking fines, speeding fines and any other penalties will incur a AU$100 fee for administration. If anything should happen to the bike do not organize repairs or towing without the consent of Andy’s Auto Rentals in Brisbane first.
- Helmets are compulsory in Australia.
- All hires are for a minimum period of 24 hrs.
- Hirers must regularly check the oil and break fluid levels as well as check the bike for any leaks.
- Andy’s Auto Rentals reserves the right to refuse any rental at its discretion even if a deposit has been paid. (Deposit would be refunded in this instance).
