I would like to formally thank you and the crew at Andy's Auto Rental for your exceptional service and understanding. I called you late yesterday afternoon, in a tight spot in trying to rent an auto small truck to help my daughters move overnight. You immediately sourced the truck, rushed me the paperwork and were very helpful with my daughter upon truck collection, all within an hour or so. Upon return this morning you were most accommodating . Mate, if it wasn't a family business I would write to your boss and suggest a pay rise. Anyway, maybe at the next work or family barbie may you get the first and coldest beer and the most tender succulent steak. Cheers mate!
